About me

Esther was born and raised in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. At a young age she knew she wanted to become a psychologist, because helping her fellow students gave her a feeling of fulfilment. After high school she took a bold decision and moved to Greece for love. During her first years there she studied international economics and politics and her love for food made her publish a cookbook. The book was all about the psychology behind eating and sharing food with loved ones.

Esther is the first foreigner to get her own cook show on Greek national television. She also acquired her second university degree in Psychology, this time in the UK. After having worked as a fitness model and a wellness coach she decided to dedicate herself to helping people from all over the world with their self love, self development and all issues relationship related
